The lunar calendar features twelve zodiac animals: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig. Each year celebrates one animal, influencing personalities and fortunes according to traditional beliefs across East Asian cultures.

The lunar calendar includes five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These rotate with zodiac animals in a 60-year cycle affecting personalities and fortunes.
